At Ethne Institute, Pastoral Mentorship is not an added part of training. It is one of the main places where formation takes root. Students are placed under the care of experienced pastors who understand the realities of ministry and know the weight of shepherding.

These pastors do more than teach. They observe, speak, correct, and guide students through real situations with patience and honesty. Over time, students are shaped in how they think, how they respond, and how they carry responsibility in the life of the church.
